Q: How long does it take for a credit to be reflected on my bill?
A: Any credit applied to your account will be reflected in your next bill.

Q: There has been a change in my address/contact information; what should I do?
A: You can e-mail us with the updated information at customercare@necc.us or you can call Customer Service at 1-866-300-2610. A registered user can also make address changes from “My Account” online.

Q: What is the easiest way to make a payment?
A: Payments can be made by mail with check or money order; you can also make a payment over the phone by calling 1-866-338-1269 or online by logging on and clicking the “My Account” tab and following the easy steps. However the easiest way to make payments is to enroll in the Automatic Payment program.
Q: Can I pay my bill through my bank?
A: Yes, you can pay your bill through your bank. However, remember to pay by the due date. It may take between 5-10 business days for a bank to send a check.
Q: What are the credit cards that NECC Telecom, Inc. accepts?
A: NECC accepts the following major credit cards: Visa, MasterCard and American Express.
Q: Can I cancel a payment I just made online?
A: A payment may only be canceled if made by a credit card by calling 1-866-338-1269.
Q: How do I view my payments online?
A: If you are a registered user, you can log into “My Account” and view your payment history online. If you are not a registered user, click here to register for “My Account”.

A: “My Account” is an internet-based site that allows you to do the following:
View and pay your bills online
Check your account balance
Make address changes
View your list of referrals

A: If you are a registered user, login to “My Account” and check your balance. You can also call Customer Service at 1-866-300-2610 for balance inquiries. If you are not a registered user yet, click here to register for “My Account”.
Q: Can I view a list of my referrals?
A: A registered user can obtain his/her list of referrals from “My Account” online. You can also contact Customer Service at 1-866-300-2610.
Q: How do I report a technical problem?
A: You can e-mail us at customercare@necc.us or call Customer Service at 1-866-300-2610. You can also submit a “Trouble Ticket” online for specific technical issues regarding quality. To do this, choose “Trouble Tickets” located under Customer Service and fill out the form provided. If your specific issue is not listed among the options provided, please do not hesitate to call or e-mail our Customer Service center.
